Pensions Data Consulting Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our data solutions and analytics team at Highams, a leading pensions consultancy. As a Pensions Data Consulting Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the design and implementation of our analytics solutions, as well as upskilling and managing the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of data analysts and developers to design and implement data solutions
  • Manage and upskill the team to ensure they have the necessary skills to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and cloud data solutions
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in team leading or management within data analytics
  • Experience in the pensions sector, ideally within consulting or a client-facing role
  • Experience working with cloud data analytics solutions such as Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
  • Strong understanding of data modeling using a range of tech solutions
