Pensions Data Consulting Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Pensions Data Consulting Team. As a key member of our Highams team, you will be responsible for managing the design and implementation of our analytics solutions, while upskilling and managing a team of data analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of data analytics solutions for our Pensions clients
  • Manage and upskill a team of data analysts to ensure they have the necessary skills to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and Pensions consulting

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading a data analytics team and managing multiple projects
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and analytics solutions, including Cloud data analytics platforms
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
