We are seeking a New Business Growth Specialist to join our Sales team at our office near York. This exciting opportunity comes with a competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 per annum, offering the chance to drive business growth and develop your skills in freight sales.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  1. New business development through telesales and occasional field sales visits
  2. Key Account Management to maintain and grow existing client relationships
  3. Generating and calculating freight quotations/tender documents
  4. Drafting and sending sales correspondence to clients
  5. Follow-up calls to ensure successful sales process closure

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Freight forwarding or export sales experience is highly desirable but not mandatory
  • Strong telesales and sales development skills
  • Ability to calculate and provide accurate freight quotations
