We are looking for a dedicated Psychology in Education Professional to join our cover people team. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant with SEN expertise, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational development of young minds in secondary schools across Rochdale.

  • Work closely with experienced teachers to deliver engaging lessons and manage classroom behavior.
  • Develop strong relationships with students, providing tailored support to help them overcome obstacles and achieve academic success.

This challenging yet rewarding role requires a Psychology degree, a deep understanding of child psychology principles, and a passion for education and working with young people. Additionally, you should hold Enhanced DBS clearance or be willing to apply.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our supportive school environments provide opportunities for professional growth and development, including free CPD training.
