Main Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, planning and delivering lectures, tutorials and other teaching and learning activities as required by the Faculty.


Key duties will include designing assessments, assessing student work and providing timely and constructive feedback. The successful candidate will also provide academic support and guidance to students as necessary and develop, update and improve course materials.


We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual with a passion for education and a desire to contribute to the development of our students.


Requirements

Essential skills, experience and attributes include a Master's degree in Business Psychology or a related field, a strong passion for education, experience of teaching in higher education and supervising student work.


The ideal candidate will also have experience of working in widening access environments, distance learning and supporting learners both face-to-face and remotely. They will be able to maintain thorough and organised student records, work under pressure and plan and prioritise their own workload to meet tight deadlines.
