  • Student Support: Offer focused assistance to students with learning differences, special educational needs (SEN), or social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges. You'll work one-on-one or in small groups to build their confidence, social skills, and learning capabilities.
  • Behavioral Guidance: Apply psychological strategies to help manage and support positive student behavior. Encourage constructive responses, emotional regulation, and interpersonal skills, addressing individual needs.
  • Academic Assistance: Aid students in understanding curriculum content, helping them develop study skills, retain information, and approach tasks with greater independence.
  • Progress Monitoring: Track and document student progress, assessing both academic development and behavioral improvements. Provide feedback to the teaching team to help inform tailored learning plans.
  • Pastoral Care: Act as a support figure for students, offering emotional encouragement and a listening ear. Engage students in structured conversations and activities to help them feel understood and valued within the school community.
