Job Description:
This role is responsible for teaching, lecturing, and providing academic support to students in the field of Business Psychology.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and deliver lectures, tutorials, and other teaching activities
- Assess student work, ensuring all learning outcomes are met
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students
- Develop and update course materials as necessary
- Keep up-to-date with best practices in teaching and learning
- Contribute to programme design, development, delivery, review, and enhancement
- Attend meetings and develop working relationships with various teams
- Participate in internal and external events, such as programme reviews and open days
- Undertake a reflective staff development programme
- Support the creation, application, and dissemination of new knowledge in your field of study
- Act as a Module Leader or undertake administrative/management duties
Requirements:
- Hold a Master's degree (preferably in Business Psychology) and preferably a doctoral level qualification
- Have experience of teaching in higher education
- Have experience of supervising student work and providing support and feedback
- Have experience with distance learning and supporting learners remotely
- Demonstrate professional conduct and excellent communication skills
- Be able to maintain thorough and organised student records
Additional Information:

The salary range for this position is estimated to be around £51,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
