We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accident Executive. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our legal services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage incoming post and handle high volumes of telephone calls and emails
- Respond to client queries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Liaise with clients and third parties to progress matters effectively and efficiently
- Consider evidence from different sources and make judgements/decisions relating to liability
- Assist in the preparation of documents and correspondence
- 3 A levels or equivalent, a Law degree/qualification, or relevant experience within a legal or law environment
- Good organisational skills, strong time management skills, and the ability to prioritise work
- Keyboard skills and accurate data entry
- Strong team playing skills, with the ability to work with honesty and integrity
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Courteous and efficient telephone manner, with well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
