About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the development and related activities, ensuring a positive and hassle-free retirement living lifestyle for our Home Owners.

This is a varied and interesting role that requires a background in administration and customer service, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled administrator, computer literate, and experienced in using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating the development and related activities
  • Managing the maintenance of the property and providing a first-class service to Owners
  • Liaising with a range of customers and suppliers
  • Managing contractors, scheduling maintenance, and completing health and safety checks
  • Organising activities and events for Owners
