This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a C++ Engineer Lead in a dynamic and innovative environment. As a key member of the Product Line team, you will be responsible for designing and refining required features, proposing alternative solutions to improve both customer and developer experience. You will work closely with the Software Lead, Development Managers, and peers to acquire and maintain a solid understanding of the product domain, providing reliable estimates with rationale, identifying potential risks, and implementing features under guidance, following coding standards and best practices.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a proven track record in C++ software development, ideally in a senior or technical lead role. You will also require excellent team player skills, ability to propose alternative solutions, commitment to quality, and dedication to ongoing learning and improvement. You should have strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns, experience with agile methodologies, and expertise in debugging, technical debt resolution, and risk management.
