Countermeasure Technical Lead

MASS Consultants is seeking an experienced Countermeasure Technical Lead to join our Electronic Warfare Support Group (EWOS). As a key member of our team, you will lead the development of countermeasure systems for defence applications and oversee the implementation of these systems.
About the Position
- Oversee the design, development, and testing of countermeasure systems, ensuring they meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including software developers and engineers, to ensure seamless integration of countermeasure systems.
- Develop and implement countermeasure strategies to mitigate emerging threats.
- Provide training and guidance to junior engineers on countermeasure development best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications
- PhD in Physics or related field, or equivalent experience in countermeasure development.
- Strong understanding of RF/EOIR countermeasures, radar theory, and modes of operation.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing projects from concept to delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
