Senior Associate Underwriting Operations Specialist

**About the Role**
The Travelers Companies, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to play a crucial role in maintaining effective and efficient production services to support strategic goals. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Underwriting community, leading training and development of key stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage underwriting lifecycle support including submission processing, new business quotes, and endorsements.
- Oversee data, records and document management to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Support regulatory compliance, governance, and controls assurance activities.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures and provide training to stakeholders.
- Engage with stakeholders and support change management initiatives.
**Requirements:**
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in commercial insurance products and services.
- Ability to analyze data and monitor operational performance.
- Familiarity with underwriting applications.
