You will be the interface with the engineering team for our own brand and assist in the development of ITS technical publications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to field technicians by telephone, video, or site visit
  • Prepare and perform training on lifts when requested
  • Undertake training necessary to be at the forefront of industry and technological developments

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a field support engineer
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal, telephone, and written
  • Language skills, especially in French or Italian
  • Positive attitude, capable of working under pressure as part of a team
  • Confident in using your own initiative and proactive thinking outside of the box
