TK Elevator Field Services Engineer

Description: We are seeking a talented TK Elevator Field Services Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Technical Support Department, you will provide expert support for lifts and elevators across various brands, with a focus on Kone technology. Your primary responsibilities will include delivering high-quality technical assistance to field technicians through phone, video calls, or on-site visits and contributing to the development and delivery of training programs on lift maintenance and operation.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Deliver expert technical support to field technicians via phone, video calls, or on-site visits.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs on lift maintenance and operation.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues to ensure seamless support services.
- Possess a proven track record as a field support engineer, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans.
