We are working exclusively with a specialist Secondary school in Wythenshawe who are looking for someone to join their team as a Support Staff Member. The school is looking for an enthusiastic member of the support staff to join their school.
Key Responsibilities:
* Forge strong relationships with pupils
* Work 1-1 with students that have Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs
* Lead small group sessions
* Support staff in delivering exceptional learning experiences for our pupils
About the School:
The school cater for pupils who have an educational plan to receive their education in a specialist provision, due to their learning needs. The pupils are age 11-16 years old KS3/4 secondary all with EHCP plans and additional needs.
Requirements:
* Recent experience of supporting children
* Genuine desire to support staff in delivering exceptional learning experiences for our pupils
* Ability to build a connection with the young people and act as a mentor and role model for the students
