Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SEN Provision Coordinator to join our team at Co-op Academy North Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the provision of SEN, working closely with the SENCo and other staff to ensure that pupils with SEN receive the support they need.

About the Role

  • Coordinate the provision of SEN, including the allocation of support time and the writing of Pupil Passports.
  • Liaise with relevant outside agencies to ensure that individual pupil SEN are met effectively.
  • Ensure accurate and detailed records are kept of meetings and discussions with parents and outside agencies.
  • Inform staff of pupils' SEN and advise on areas to develop and support.
  • Provide guidance to staff on teaching and learning methods to meet the needs of different pupils.

What You'll Need

  • Degree in Education or related field.
  • Experience of working with pupils with SEN.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of SEN legislation and policies.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £32,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. A comprehensive benefits package is also offered, including discount gym memberships, childcare vouchers, healthcare packages, and co-operative discount offers.
