Be a key player in our Provisioning team


The Mobile Provisioning Coordinator role will be part of a dynamic and supportive team managing cases, work pools and allocated projects.


Additionally, you will be responsible for:


Managing the CRM tickets focusing on the mobile product for O2, Vodafone and EE

Managing group email inbox ensuring customer responses are met within agreed company SLA’s/expectations

Maintaining effective communication with all customers / suppliers / partners and updating the CRM database

Completing all training academy’s to be competent on all supplier portals and Communication processes

Identifying any errors or potential pitfalls in the day-to-day operations, along with future possible issues that can affect the overall smooth running of the business

Sales administration – assisting with sales order creation and validation

Providing out of hours support to our customers within the Networks on call schedule (The on-call schedule works on a 7 week – 1 week on/6 weeks off rotation with a waiting list to join)


Salary £30-£32k

25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays

The talents we are excited to see


You will have the following experience/skills:


  • 1 year experience in a mobile provisioning role with experience ideally in multiple mobile networks including Voda/O2/EE
  • 1 year experience in the Telecoms Industry
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner
  • IT Microsoft office proficient including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams
  • At least 5 GCSE’s Grades ‘5’ or above including English and Maths
  • Organised with a keen eye for detail
