With this continued growth we are looking for a a Project Coordinator to join the team.

**What is the main role of the Project Coordinator?**

This role is responsible for the day-to-day project coordination work, ensuring that projects are executed, reported on, and completed efficiently in accordance with delivery timescales and processes.

**What are the key duties and responsibilities?**
- To coordinate all operational elements of field projects whilst ensuring all daily requirements are met including monitoring progress in the field.
- To prioritise, coordinate and schedule daily work and system updates.
- To produce and ensure instructions issued to field representatives are appropriate and effective.
- To comply with the relevant Health and Safety Policy provisions.
- To create and maintain records including data sheets, project documentation and reports ensuring all data captured is accurate and meets the specific requirements.
- To ensure all internal KPIs are met.
- To liaise with clients and colleagues as part of the project coordination process
- To provide input and feedback to the electrical team with respect to ideas for process improvement and business opportunities
- To perform other duties as assigned by the management team

**What are we looking for?**

Essential
- GCSE Maths & English (A-C/9-4) or equivalent as minimum.
- IT literate including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
- Detail orientated with strong record keeping skills and works with high levels of accuracy
- Ability to problem solve
- Willing and able to work with mínimal supervision.

Desirable
- Experience with CRM platforms, mobile operator portals and SharePoint.
- A positive can-do attitude.
- Enjoys working collaboratively.
- Motivated by challenge.
- Culturally astute.
- Willing to learn and pursue relevant qualifications.
- Ability to work additional hours and travel as required.
- Full driving license
