About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freelance Schools Specialist to join our team at the Royal Opera House. As a key member of our National Schools Programme, you will be responsible for working with local primary schools to deliver our creative learning programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and engage local primary schools to participate in our National Schools Programme
  • Build relationships with local arts and cultural organisations to support our programme
  • Support the planning and delivery of our creative learning programmes
  • Work closely with our National Schools Partnerships Manager to ensure the success of our programme

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of and connections within local primary schools
  • Knowledge of and connections to key stakeholders in local creative education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised and able to keep accurate records
