Empowering Creativity in Primary Schools

The Royal Opera House's National Schools Programme is seeking a Freelance Schools Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our programme, you will play a vital role in empowering teachers to inspire creativity in children and young people through music, dance, and design.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about creative and cultural learning in primary schools. Your strong understanding of local primary schools and connections within the education sector will enable you to effectively promote our National Schools Programme to schools in North Northamptonshire, East Riding, and Warrington.

As a Freelance Schools Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Recruiting schools to our National Schools Programme
  • Connecting local organisations with our National Schools Partnerships Manager
  • Supporting planning for the ongoing direction and legacy of the partnership

We are seeking an excellent communicator with the ability to approach and generate rapport with a wide range of stakeholders. Your highly organised nature and ability to keep accurate records will be essential in ensuring the success of our programme.

If you have a strong understanding of local primary schools, knowledge of key stakeholders in local creative education, and excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
