Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Center Parcs. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading a kitchen brigade and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Kitchen Manager in the effective management of the kitchen and team
  • Monitor and control food costs and margins to ensure the kitchen operates within its agreed budget
  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation
  • Play a key role in the Department's compliance with food safety legislation
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior Chef or Head Chef in a large commercial kitchen environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail
  • Knowledge of financial targets and controls
  • Experience of back of house systems for stock management and ordering
