Join Our Team as a Proposals Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposals Coordinator to join our Southern Bid Team in our Southampton office. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in the successful preparation and submission of high-quality pre-qualification and proposal documents.

Bid Writing and Content Editing

As a Proposals Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Writing tailored bid responses for each project, ensuring clarity, compliance, and persuasiveness.
  • Reviewing and editing bid responses from the wider team to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with the overall bid strategy.
Software Proficiency and Experience

You will have experience in bids/proposal roles or come from a graphics background with a passion for writing. Proficiency in InDesign and Acrobat software is essential for creating visually appealing and technically sound documents.
