- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's business operations and services.
- Manage the production of pre-qualification submissions, bids, and proposals.
- Conduct research on clients and consultants to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Organize and coordinate events, functions, and meetings as required.
- Develop and maintain a database of proposals and opportunities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key contacts in each region.
- Provide support for marketing and public relations initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
The role will involve working closely with the Bid Manager and other team members to achieve business objectives.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
