We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Proposal Coordinator to join our team at Stepnell. As a key member of our bid team, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and submission of high-quality pre-qualification and proposal documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Qualification Submissions: You will be responsible for fully producing and managing pre-qualification submissions to meet client requirements and company standards.
- Bid Management: You will receive bids, fully understand the requirements and deliverables, and coordinate the preparation process from start to finish.
- Team Coordination: You will prepare and conduct question reviews with the bid team, identifying unique selling points (USPs) to enhance our proposals.
- Bid Writing: You will take the lead in writing tailored bid responses for each project, ensuring clarity, compliance, and persuasiveness.
- Content Editing: You will review and edit bid responses from the wider team to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with the overall bid strategy.
- Proposal Production: You will produce complete proposal documents, including graphics, ensuring that they are professionally presented and meet client expectations.
- Submission Management: You will take full responsibility for the successful completion and timely submission of all pre-qualification questionnaires and bids.
- Monthly Reporting: You will prepare and present monthly reports on bid activities, tracking progress, and outcomes.
- Software Proficiency: You will utilize InDesign and Acrobat software to create visually appealing and technically sound documents.
Requirements:
- Experience in bids/proposal roles or come from a graphics background with a passion for writing
- Knowledge of construction or a similar sector
- Strong coordination and able to work at pace
