Business Development Manager - Sponsorship

Lipton Media, a specialist media recruitment agency, seeks a highly talented Business Development Manager to join their high growth media business. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in b2b sponsorship sales, ideally with expo sales experience, and fluency in Spanish, French, or Italian.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business, increase pipeline, and bring on new prospects
  • Manage a number of existing accounts
  • Sell high-value sponsorship opportunities
  • Pitch clients over the phone and through face-to-face meetings
  • Attend competitor events

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in b2b sponsorship sales
  • Ideal fluency in Spanish, French, or Italian
  • Strong account management capabilities
  • Degree educated, ideally
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Successful track record achieving revenue targets
