Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Strategic Career Guidance Expert to join our team at Neurodivergent Practitioners. As a Career Coach, you will work with individuals with ADHD, providing expert guidance to help them navigate their career paths.

With a strong background in coaching and mentoring, you will be responsible for identifying the key strengths and areas for development of each client, and creating a personalized plan to support their career growth.

You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex career challenges.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with ADHD, and a proven track record of delivering successful career coaching outcomes. If you are passionate about helping neurodivergent individuals achieve their career goals, we encourage you to apply.

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
