We are looking for a Support and Guidance Specialist to join our team at Academics Ltd. This role involves supporting children aged 5 to 11 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties at a small specialist school in Oxford.

About the Role:

  • Provide individualised support to students to develop their social skills
  • Work collaboratively with teachers to maintain a safe and structured learning environment
  • Help students develop emotional regulation strategies

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience working with children with SEMH difficulties (£25,000 - £32,000 per annum)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
