Behaviour Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Behaviour Support Specialist at our specialist school in Oxford. This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring Psychologist or Therapist looking to gain experience working with children aged 5-11 who have social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.
As a Behaviour Support Specialist, you will be working closely with trained professionals, including Psychologists and Therapists, to provide support and guidance to students. You will also have the opportunity to shadow their work and develop your skills in this field.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with children and adults alike. If you are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young people, we encourage you to apply.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide support and guidance to students with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.
- Work closely with trained professionals, including Psychologists and Therapists.
- Shadow their work and develop skills in behaviour support and mental health.
**Salary:** £80-£95 per day
