About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic thinker to join our team at the University of Oxford and make a real difference to the organisation. We are seeking a skilled professional who can provide support for all aspects of consultancy work, including scoping, planning, contracting, and delivering client assignments.

As a key member of our Organisational Development team, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of major institution-wide initiatives. You will work closely with experienced consultants to develop and implement learning interventions and change projects, providing expert guidance on all aspects of consultancy work.

Your Key Responsibilities
1. Support experienced consultants with their projects
2. Develop and implement learning interventions and change projects
3. Provide expert guidance on all aspects of consultancy work
4. Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-impact projects

About You
We are looking for a highly organised and dedicated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong understanding of organisational development principles and practices is essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in complex environments. Benefits and Salary
This role comes with a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including a generous pension scheme and opportunities for professional development.
