The University of Oxford seeks a highly motivated and skilled Strategic Development Support Specialist to join its Organisation Development (OD) team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the University's operations and contribute to the success of its high-impact initiatives.

About the Role

This role will provide critical support to the OD Consultants, enabling them to deliver high-quality consultancy assignments and steer learning interventions and change projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for scoping, planning, contracting, and delivering client assignments, as well as designing and implementing change projects or programmes. You will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of institution-wide initiatives and contribute to the wider POD team's objectives.

About You

As a passionate advocate for learning and learning solutions, you will design and implement effective interventions that drive measurable outcomes. Your exceptional interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including staff members from various departments.
