Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve client satisfaction.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and materials.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects to drive business growth.
- Contribute to the development of new products and services tailored to the Real Estate industry.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the Real Estate industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to represent the company effectively.
- Strong business acumen, with experience in strategy and change management.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and marketing materials.
