Job Description

IDEX Consulting is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our Real Estate Practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies and enhancing client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve client satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and materials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects to drive business growth.
  • Contribute to the development of new products and services tailored to the Real Estate industry.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions and drive improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong understanding of the Real Estate industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to represent the company effectively.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in strategy and change management.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and marketing materials.
