To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as psychology or social work.
  • Experience of developing and delivering whole school approaches to mental health.
  • Experience of delivering evidence-based mental health interventions, including low-intensity cognitive behavioral therapy interventions to children and young people and parents.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development in the field of child and adolescent mental health.

You will also need to be able to work effectively within educational settings to increase mental health awareness among staff groups.
