Main Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include providing advice and training around whole-school approaches to mental health, working collaboratively with schools to identify emerging mental health concerns, and providing short-term interventions to support improved mental health outcomes. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting on service delivery and performance.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, occupational therapy). You must also have experience of working with children and young people in an educational setting, as well as experience of providing mental health support and promoting positive outcomes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £34,893 - £43,041 per annum (inclusive of pay enhancements for evenings, Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays), 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays rising to 29 after 5 years and 33 days after 10 years, excellent pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, salary sacrifice car scheme, wellbeing programme, and Blue Light Card Discounts.
