About the Role:
The Association of School and College Leaders (ASCL) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Deputy Director of Member Support. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a significant team of specialist support staff, develop support strategies, and collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to grow and develop the Association's membership and improve member satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of specialist support staff to deliver high-quality member support services.
- Develop and implement effective support strategies to meet the needs of ASCL members.
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to grow and develop the Association's membership and improve member satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with the Director of Member Support to achieve the team's objectives and contribute to the overall success of ASCL.
