The salary for this position is up to £73,583 per annum.

Job Overview

This role offers the opportunity to drive innovation and excellence in service delivery, working closely with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic plans that ensure high-quality outcomes and value for money.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage risk effectively, ensuring safeguarding issues are addressed, and contribute to the corporate risk management framework.
  • Evaluate existing services, taking account of feedback and external developments, to propose innovative solutions that maximize service quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive change and embed new ways of working to ensure exceptional service delivery and efficient resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement operational and service plans, playing a key role in long-term strategic initiatives and systems development.
  • Assist in producing service plans, including setting, monitoring, and evaluating service targets.
  • Work collaboratively with agencies and partners to develop services aligned with government policies and promote coordinated initiatives.
  • Lead teams and units, ensuring all cases, including complex and high-risk ones, are progressed in line with quality, national, and legislative standards.
Leadership and Development

Leverage coaching and mentoring skills to motivate and develop individuals, empowering them to meet current and future requirements.
