Livewell Southwest CIC is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Band 5 Mental Health Nurse to join our team in a fast-track development opportunity. This role offers a unique chance to progress to Band 6 within 6-12 months, depending on competencies.
Job Responsibilities- Work in a community mental health setting, providing care to patients with mental health problems.
- Develop and implement a package of care in the community for patients with mental health problems.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.
- Participate in leadership and mentoring programs to enhance professional development.
- UK NMC Registration/PIN.
- Band 5 Mental Health Nurse qualification (RMN/Dip HE/BSc Mental Health Nursing).
- Ability to travel across Plymouth.
- Computer skills and risk assessment management.
- Protected CPD time for registered staff.
- Various development pathways and ongoing regular training packages for all staff.
- Leadership and mentoring programs.
- Access and funding for training, including Care Certificate, Assistant Practitioners Course, and Scholarship Into Nurse Training.
- A robust preceptorship and bespoke induction program.
