**Job Summary**

Ernest Doe & Sons Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agricultural Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of agricultural machinery and equipment to customers in a designated area.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on our products and services to customers.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Represent Ernest Doe & Sons Ltd and our portfolio of brands to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a high level of product knowledge.
  • Attend customer-focused events and exhibitions to promote our products and services.
  • Ensure that products are delivered to customers in line with brand and company guidelines, providing a first-class customer experience.
  • Build strong and loyal relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide excellent customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work under own initiative, with a strong focus on results.
  • Have the ability to influence and persuade customers to purchase our products and services.
  • Have a full driving license and be willing to travel to customer sites as required.
  • Be administratively organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
