Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert knowledge of agricultural machinery and equipment to customers, including its features, benefits, and applications.
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Represent Ernest Doe & Sons Ltd. and its portfolio of brands to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and business objectives.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction through prompt and effective resolution of customer complaints and issues.
  • Meet or exceed sales performance targets, as set by the Branch & Sales Manager.
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the agricultural sector, with a strong understanding of agricultural machinery and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong knowledge of the agricultural industry, including its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and motivation.
  • Full driving license and ability to travel to customer sites as required.
  • Administrative skills, including the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
