- Represent Ernest Doe & Sons Ltd. and its portfolio of brands to customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales and business objectives.
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction through prompt and effective resolution of customer complaints and issues.
- Meet or exceed sales performance targets, as set by the Branch & Sales Manager.
- Proven sales experience in the agricultural sector, with a strong understanding of agricultural machinery and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong knowledge of the agricultural industry, including its trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and motivation.
- Full driving license and ability to travel to customer sites as required.
- Administrative skills, including the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
