Care Services Area Lead
Covering the South West region
Competitive salary plus car allowance (£70,000 - £90,000 per annum)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Care Services Area Lead to join our team at Healthcare Homes. This role will be covering our homes across Bristol, Wiltshire, Oxford, Middlesex and Berkshire.
About the Role:
As a Care Services Area Lead, you will be responsible for implementing best practice in our care homes, embedding a person-centred and quality-driven culture throughout the Company and ensuring full compliance with all statutory requirements. You will lead the performance of a geographical area providing support, guidance and direction to a team of directly line-managed Home Managers and any allocated support function. You will help to achieve quality, customer, financial and growth/development targets for your area.
About You:
Are you passionate and committed to providing quality care? The successful candidate will have experience in working across nursing and residential/dementia homes; a proven track record of CQC compliance delivery and experience in multi-site management. Experience of managing and positively influencing a team as well as working with Commissioning teams and a strong commercial acumen are essential. A registered nurse with a valid PIN would be desirable. A Level 5 diploma in Leadership in Health and Social Care would be desirable for this position. Due to the nature of this role, access to your own transport is essential as you will be required to visit the homes you oversee on a regular basis.Benefits:
