About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Patient Administration Manager to lead our patient administration teams. The role involves driving performance, engagement, and high-quality service delivery across all teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams to foster a culture of care, accountability, respect, and excellence.
  • Ensure that all services are delivered in line with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meet the highest standards of quality and patient satisfaction.
  • Manage the budget and control costs within the patient administration function.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve operational efficiencies, utilising data-driven insights to make strategic improvements.

Salary: £40,000 per annum
