The role involves managing a team of 2 BDMs and 1 SDR, ensuring alignment with ClearCourses strategic goals while actively participating in sales activities. This position is ideal for someone transitioning into leadership, offering the chance to develop management skills while driving revenue growth.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £60,000 per annum, plus a generous benefits package including life assurance, private medical cover, and enhanced maternity/paternity pay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow market share for TISSL and Giftpro.
  • Actively sell, build high-level client relationships, and close deals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set targets, and support team development.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to align sales strategies with business goals.
