Director of Growth and Development

We are currently seeking a skilled Director of Growth and Development to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth across our TISSL and Giftpro business units. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to transition into leadership and develop their management skills while driving revenue growth in the hospitality-tech sector.
The successful candidate will oversee sales efforts, manage a team of 2 BDMs and 1 SDR, and collaborate with marketing and leadership to align sales strategies with business goals. Our company culture fosters collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning, making us an exciting place to work.
In return for your hard work, we offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, as well as a generous benefits package, including:
