Job Description

As Sales Growth Strategist, you will oversee the sales efforts for our TISSL and Giftpro business units. This role is ideal for someone transitioning into leadership, offering the chance to develop management skills while driving revenue growth in the hospitality-tech sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of sales efforts for TISSL and Giftpro business units
  • Management of a team of 2 BDMs and 1 SDR, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set targets, and support team development
  • Collaboration with marketing and leadership to align sales strategies with business goals
