Bar Operations Specialist

Lounge is seeking a Bar Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing labor costs, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve operational efficiency
- Manage labor costs and optimize team scheduling
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives
About You:
- 3+ years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
What We Offer:
- Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
