A rewarding job opportunity has arisen for a skilled Nurse to work in a prestigious care home based in the UK.
You will be working for one of the country's leading healthcare providers, Jupiter Recruitment. The care home offers nursing care for those with complex medical needs and respite care for family members or friends seeking a break.
To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
As a Nurse, your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of care staff to deliver exceptional care
- Creating well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, understanding regulatory frameworks
- Maintaining accurate documentation and resident records while utilizing modern technology
- Overseeing all aspects of medicine management on your shift, adhering to company policies and legislation
- Making timely decisions
- Providing guidance and support to team members using clinical skills
- Deciding and acting promptly
- Supporting, guiding, teaching, and mentoring others in line with the NMC Code

- Able to communicate effectively and develop professional relationships
- Understanding and using required IT and communication systems

- Experience delivering nursing care within the elderly healthcare sector
- Participating in quality and clinical governance programs
