We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our Primary Care team at Practice Plus Group. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of nurses and contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services in a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and provide leadership to the nursing team, ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care and adherence to quality and assurance standards.
  • Continuously review care practices and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement regional and national career development opportunities.
  • Support the growth and development of team members, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance their skills and experience.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
  • Significant post-registration experience in clinical primary care practice, preferably in a secure environment.
  • Experience managing teams in regulated environments, such as the CQC.
  • Ability to work independently, following policy and procedures.
