We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical/Counselling Neuropsychologist to join our team at Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust. This exciting opportunity will involve leading psychological interventions in our neuropsychology pathways, working across a range of conditions including ABI and neurodegenerative disease.
Main Responsibilities- Providing neuropsychological assessments and interventions for individuals with acquired and neurodegenerative brain injury, including FND, and their families.
- Contributing to multidisciplinary teams, providing case discussion and care planning with an emphasis on sharing biopsychosocial formulations and evidence-based interventions.
- Contributing to audit, research, and service development.
- Providing formal and ad-hoc supervision to other staff, including trainees, as well as teaching and learning opportunities.
- Providing clinical expertise and leadership in the psychological and cognitive needs of individuals following a stroke and ABI and their families.
