Clinical Neuropsychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Neuropsychologist to join our team at Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust. As a key member of our neuropsychology pathways, you will play a vital role in providing psychological interventions for individuals with acquired and neurodegenerative brain injury, including FND, and their families.
Main Duties- Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological assessments and develop tailored interventions for individuals with complex psychological presentations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide case discussion and care planning, emphasizing biopsychosocial formulations and evidence-based interventions.
- Contribute to audit, research, and service development initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services.
- Provide formal and ad-hoc supervision to other staff, including trainees, and offer teaching and learning opportunities.
- Lead in the development and organization of psychological interventions within the specified service area.

We are looking for a Clinical Neuropsychologist with a strong background in neuropsychology, experience in leading psychological interventions, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience working as a qualified Clinical Psychologist within the specified service area and be eligible for registration as a Chartered Clinical or Counselling Psychologist by the British Psychological Society.
