- Working collaboratively with the SENCO, teachers, and other support staff to ensure effective delivery of individual education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Supporting students in both academic and pastoral areas, ensuring they feel supported, safe, and valued in their learning environment.
- Monitoring progress and providing feedback to teaching staff on students' development and needs.
