Job Title: HR Advisor

Join our client, a leading business in their industry, as they seek an experienced HR Advisor to cover maternity leave and support their established HR team.

About the Role:

  • Provide HR support to the UK Head of HR and operational SLT teams across multiple sites.
  • Develop and implement training practices to upskill the workforce, focusing on high-volume manufacturing environments.
  • Design and deliver data-driven reports, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to drive business objectives and improve employee engagement.

About You:

  • Proven experience in operational HR, with a strong employment law background.
  • Ability to work in a KPI-driven environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish credibility at all levels.
  • Experience in developing people and designing training programs to drive business outcomes.
